The Irish Setter should be completely brushed out at least weekly to deter excessive shedding, tangling and matting. Full service professional grooming is recommended at least every 4-6 weeks.
 

When brushing the irish setter special care should be taken to brush all the way to the skin, with the proper brush.

Consider using a Specialty Shampoo or conditioner to spruce up your setter's coat & ask for Toothbrushing for dental hygiene.
