Regular brushing and combing is essential in order to remove dead hair from the coat. The Bedlington Terrier typically does not shed this on their own. The coat may be deceiving and may easily become matted especially when exposed to moisture. The Bedlington Terrier should be completely brushed out at least weekly to deter excessive tangling and matting.

Our groomers do know the complicated breed cut for the Bedlington Terrier and will do the breed standard or customized versions of it.

 If home maintenance is done properly; full service grooming is recommended every 4 weeks, if not professional grooming is recommended at least every 1-2 weeks.
