The schnauzer's coat is tight, hard wiry and sometimes thick. Composed of a soft
close undercoat and a harsh outer coat. Due to the nature of the schnauzer's coat
frequent grooming is necessary. The schnauzer needs to be completely brushed out
with undercoat and tangles removed at least weekly and professional grooming should
be on a regular routine to avoid matting and discomfort of the dog.

Consider using a Specialty Shampoo or conditioner to spruce up your schnauzer's
coat & ask for Toothbrushing for dental hygiene.
