Regular brushing and combing at least twice a week is essential in order to remove substantial wooly hair shed from the soft dense undercoat, and not only the outer coarse guard coat which protects the undercoat. The density of the hair coat can be misleading, it is VERY dense. The Husky should be completely brushed out at least twice monthly to deter excessive shedding, tangling and matting.  Special care should be taken when brushing the husky to brush all the way to the skin, with the proper brush.  Full service professional grooming is recommended at least every 8 weeks.

Protein
shampoos are recommended for this breed.

Consider using a
Specialty Shampoo or conditioner to spruce up your Siberian Husky’s coat & ask for Toothbrushing for dental hygiene.

The oatmeal bath and the soft and silky treatment are common ad-ons for this breed!
